newbie.

I've made the decision to join this blogfest. This will be fun:) As we learn from Drew Barrymore in the movie Music and Lyrics (a personal favorite), you never show up to a party empty handed. And that is why I have here Grandma Morley's Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars! World famous at my house. And oh so delicious.

I just made these bad boys for my niece's baby blessing tonight! Her name is Maria:) I know everyone says this about their baby relatives, but she is seriously the cutest baby I have ever seen. I could stare at her all day! It's crazy to think that only one month ago she was born and on the other side of the veil with our Heavenly Father. And now she has her whole life ahead of her! The future holds great things, my friends. I know that for a fact.

For some reason, my friend and I were having a sleepover (an extremely rare occasion for me) and her boyfriend was sleeping

on the floor with a guard dog. [So random. I have no clue where all of this came from] The dog looked something like this:

Alright, so, in my dream, I remember that this dog did not like me. I don't remember specifics but... THEN. he. bit. me. What I hate about dreams is that they feel so real even though you know they're not! I actually felt my hand being bitten-- it was painful! I've never experienced something so surreal before. The pain woke me up and I was so confused. The pain was gone but it still felt like doggie jaws were clenched on my hand!

I can't tell if this is a sign. And if it is a sign, what in the heck is it it supposed to mean?!
